- Arrival at the park and a safari in Hwange National Park
- The train follows the Gwaai–Dete route on its way to Bulawayo
The train enters the Hwange National Park, where a safari awaits amidst the savannas and waterholes. The journey then continues along the Gwaai–Dete line, heading toward Bulawayo.
- Transfer from the train and a visit to Matobo National Park
- The route traverses the land of the baobabs

- The train heads to Beitbridge for the border crossing into Zimbabwe
After disembarking from the train, you set out on a tour of Matobo National Park, renowned for its granite hills and scenic landscapes. Once the park tour is complete, the journey continues, with the train heading to Gwanda and then to Beitbridge for crossing into South Africa.
